Conferences and workshops

Each year, the Lund Centre for the History of Knowledge organises conferences and workshops. The aim is to gather scholars from different countries and universities in order to jointly further develop the field of the history of knowledge. Our first conference in 2016 at Häckeberga Castle resulted in the anthology Circulation of Knowledge: Explorations in the History of Knowledge. Within the framework of the initiative “The Future for the History of Knowledge”, we have in 2019–2020 gathered a number of scholars with different orientations to pave the way for new studies and collaborations related to the history of knowledge.
