Courses
The Lund Centre for the History of Knowledge encourages undergraduate and graduate students to engage in topics related to the history of knowledge. Our courses primarily consist of thematic advanced courses. We offer “Knowledge Societies from the Reformation to Wikipedia” at the advanced level, “Knowledge, Conflict & Confession” at the undergraduate level and “The History of Knowledge” at the master’s level. In addition, the scholars at the Centre are happy to tutor and supervise students interested in the history of knowledge. For doctoral students, there are text-based courses and a special summer school (the first was organised in August 2020). In the context of the National Graduate School in Historical Studies, we have also offered a doctoral course on the history of knowledge.
